It has been a long time since last I posted. I will try again.

Brief update:
First of all, my wife and I now have 2 boys:
That makes 2 Lil’ Griff’s. They are the best thing that has ever happened to me since Jesus and meeting my bride.
Secondly, I have been at All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge for about a year now. 3 months in, they made me the internet manager and now I have access to get you the best deals in town. So, if you live in Baton Rouge or shop online and need a great deal on a new or pre-owned car, this will be a place to look for it. Basically, you can expect to see some offers and great deals on new Toyota product and used cars of all shapes and sizes. This will have to suffice for now, but come to our website via AllStarAutomotive.com and ask for me. I’ll hook you up.

Shaquille O’Neal (Followable on Twitter as: @The_Real_Shaq) is teaming up with HPC, Servolution and Feed the Children to bring PB & Shaq. So, I was charged with the task of procuring a shirt large enough for The Big Aristotle. With the help of my friend Remie at KEY’s Graphics (225.927.9702 for the best T-Shirt guy in BR), we were able to make it happen. This is a 4XL-Tall. I am 6’4” and weigh in at 175lbs. Needless to say, I was swallowed by the massive shirt. I hope Shaq likes it. JP Brumfield’s design skills are going worldwide!!!!!!

The Land of Milk and Honey

The Land of Milk and Honey

OK, if you like ice cream, I have great news for you. Something WAAAYY better than ice cream has come to the booming metropolis of Baton Rouge, LA. I know, I know, you are likely gearing up to move along and check some other blog, because you spurn the idea that ANYTHING could be better than America’s beloved ice cream. That is, unless you have ever had the privilege to leave this country and travel to the great land of Italy.

If you have, then I have great news for you. If you haven’t, there is delicious surprise in store for you. (of course this is strictly contingent on you living here in BR) Baton Rouge has some new residents straight from the land o’ Caesar. Our Roman friends, hale from the Vatican City area of Rome and bring us good tidings of great joy: GELATO! Authentic Gelato! To say it’s like ice cream is insulting. But for lack of a better comparison, it’s like ice cream, only all natural, richer, creamier and crazily deliciouser!
